How do I register my clinic or hospital?
Go to Join the Platform or For Clinics and click Register Your Clinic. Complete the organization setup with your name, slug, and branding. You'll then configure your pricing model and go live.
Can I set up my own payment plans?
Yes. You can create custom plans (e.g., Basic, Premium) with your own pricing and features. Configure plans in your organization settings dashboard.
Do you support pay-per-appointment pricing?
Yes. You can charge patients per visit without subscriptions. Use per-appointment pricing, your own plans, or a mix — whatever fits your practice.
Is Healy white-label?
Yes. Your clinic uses your branding, your domain (or subdomain), and your infrastructure. We power the technology — appointments, video, records, and billing.
Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Get Started or Sign Up on our homepage. You'll need your email, a password, and email verification. You can complete your profile after signing up.
Do I need a subscription to use Healy?
Yes. You can create an account first, then choose a subscription plan before using clinical services. Consultation fees vary by provider and service.
What devices can I use?
Healy works on any device with internet — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. You need a web browser and camera for video consultations.
Appointments & Consultations
How do I book an appointment?
After logging in, go to Appointments, browse available providers, select a time slot, and confirm. You'll receive confirmation and reminder notifications.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, through your dashboard. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
What if I miss my appointment?
Contact support or reschedule as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in fees or restrictions.
Technical Support
What if I have technical issues during a video call?
Check your internet connection and try refreshing. If issues persist, contact our support team. We also offer phone consultations as a backup.
Do I need special software?
No. Healy works in your web browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Healy uses enterprise-grade encryption and is NDPR/HIPAA-aligned. All patient data is stored securely.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Integrated payments. Major cards, bank transfers, and mobile money are supported. Payment is processed securely.
How do I get a receipt?
Receipts are sent to your email after payment. You can also access them through your account dashboard.
