Clinic onboarding
Four things to go live: subdomain, branding, first appointment, first payout.
1. Create the clinic
Register as an owner and complete business setup. Your clinic lives at {slug}.healy.ng — patients book on your subdomain, not a generic Healy page.
2. Identity
Submit CAC (and provider licenses). Review typically takes 2 business days. Booking stays blocked until identity is approved — use the in-product CTA, not a workaround.
3. Branding
Use Settings → Customize branding to add your logo and colors. Branding is included on every package and during your trial.
4. First appointment
Invite a provider, add a test patient, open a slot, and take one paid booking. Confirmations and reminders go by email and WhatsApp when you have appointment credits. Connect WhatsApp Care so patients can book and get join links in chat. Join the video call from the appointment.
5. First payout
Add a payout account (Paystack or Flutterwave). Collected consult fees show on Money this week. Request a payout when you are ready — pending payouts stay visible until they succeed.
