How It Works

After you sign up as an organization owner, complete Business setup: organization name, a unique slug (used in your clinic URL), and an optional description. That registers your tenant in Healy before you move on to billing.

Start on the Free plan with no card required, or choose a paid tier (for example Starter, Growth, or Enterprise), pick monthly or annual billing, select NGN or USD, and complete payment with Paystack. Custom or enterprise pricing may prompt you to contact sales instead of paying online.

You land in Manage to oversee the organization. Invite providers, manage appointments, and under Settings configure how patients pay—free booking, patient subscription plans, or pay-per-appointment—plus optional branding and service pricing. Patients use your org experience (including subdomain) to register and book.

To join a specific clinic, use its subdomain or registration link with the organization parameter so your account is tied to that provider.

After verification you sign in to the dashboard, where you can book appointments and view your consultations.

Each clinic chooses how patients pay: free booking, an active patient subscription, or pay per appointment. If booking is blocked until you pay or subscribe, complete checkout under Billing first—then return to appointments.

Request visits under Appointments. When a virtual visit is scheduled, open the linked consultation and use Join video to enter the secure room (video call). In-person visits follow the same appointment and consultation flow without the video step.

After your visit, review prescriptions, medical records, uploaded documents, and past consultations from the same dashboard—no separate portal.
