Healy provides a B2B telemedicine platform for clinics and hospitals. We enable video consultations, appointment scheduling, patient management, and integrated payments. Services are provided as-is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Healy for unlawful purposes, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe on others' rights, or to transmit harmful content. Healthcare providers must maintain appropriate licensure and comply with medical practice standards. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Healy is a technology platform. We do not provide medical advice. The relationship is between patients and healthcare providers. Providers are solely responsible for the care they deliver. We are not liable for clinical decisions or outcomes.

Fees are determined by your subscription or usage plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refund policies are outlined in your plan agreement.

Healy and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. You retain rights to data you input.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may terminate by ceasing use and closing your account. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria. For international users, additional terms may apply.
